At spy-c.net we want to make your shopping experience as cool and easy as possible. Spy-C does not sell or rent your e-mail address to unrelated third parties. Spy-C does share your information with third parties that help provide services to you, such as fulfilling orders (including shipping), processing payments, monitoring site activity, serving site content, organizing information, and administering e-mails, drawings, or contests. Any information shared with these third parties will be treated in confidential manner, and will not be used for their marketing purposes. However, we may disclose specific information about you if required by law or based on our good faith belief that it is necessary to conform or comply with the law or is necessary to protect the users of our Web site, the site or the public.

When you fill out our form to register, you may choose to receive e-mail that informs you about special promotions and new arrivals at spy-c.net. If you do not want to receive these e-mails, simply uncheck the box marked “Send me e-mails with spy-c.net promotions.” If you have already subscribed to this feature and would like to be removed from the list, click unsubscribe button at the bottom of the promotional e-mail.

We prefer to keep registered users’ personal information accurate and up-to-date to properly serve your interest. You can update or modify your personal information you have given us, including billing and shipping information, by click on my profile.

As we continue to offer our visitors new and different types of content and services, we may modify our collection and use practices. Any material change to our policy regarding use of your personal information will be updated in this privacy policy statement without prior notification.

Ordering Policy

Inventory: We will update our inventory status every hour.

• Stock: We currently have this item in stock.
• Back-ordered: We are currently out of stock. If a date is specified, this item will be available on that date. If no date is specified, it is expected to be in stock in 2~4 weeks.
• Sold Out: No current back-order has been placed for this item. This means it is currently unavailable for public consumers but may be available at a later time. Wholesale/Retail may “future-order” this item.

Wholesaler/Retailer:

In order to qualify as Wholesale/Retail when purchasing from us, you must be a currently registered business with valid Tax-ID number and resale permit number (a number starting with SRAA).

• Minimum: A dozen of the same style, size and colors.
  All quantities not meeting the minimum will be considered as samples and be billed out at public consumer rate.
• Future-Order: Items marked “Sold Out” or “Not Available” may be future-ordered. Items marked
  “Discontinued” may not be future-ordered unless it is a custom order.
  Minimum on future-order is 12 pieces per color, per style. Please contact us for more information.
• Custom/Private Order: Custom sizes such as XS, XL, 2XL, and custom quantity are possible. The
  Minimum quantities for custom/private order is 200 pieces per style. Sizes other than S, M,
  XL will be charged extra. We cannot do custom colors. 30% non-refundable
  advance deposit is required to proceed with the order unless otherwise arranged. Please
  contact us for more information.
• Private Label: This service is available on custom/private order only.
  Labels should be sent pre-paid and be received within 2 weeks of placing an order. Please contact us for more information.
• Sample Order : For small sample orders, we use UPS for next day. Shipping charges start at $5.18 (UPS)
• and depend on where samples are shipped. (no CODs, Credit cards only)
• Payment Options: We will accept the following methods of payment:
  • American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and debit cards affiliated with these companies can be used to purchase your order.
  • Returning users who have used the first method of payment at least once will have option to purchase C.O.D. using only cashier’s check or money order. Company check requires quick approval.
  • Wholesale may apply for term by filling out term application. Upon receiving and reviewing the application we will approve for either Net 15 or Net 30 days term (terms exceeding Net 30 days are not available). This process may take up to 3 weeks, and we strongly recommend that you use other methods of payment before applying for term. This option is not available for Retail.

Public Consumers:

Everyone else other than Wholesale/Retail will be considered as Public Consumers.

• Minimum: There is no minimum.
• Future Orders: This feature is not available for public consumers.
• Payment Options: We will accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and debit cards affiliated with these companies. We cannot accept check, cash, money order, or cashier’s check as payment.

Your order status : If you’ve placed your order online you will receive an automatic confirmation, which we hope you’ll copy. Then, once your order is shipped we will e-mail you with UPS tracking number and/or
other appropriate deliver information.

Substitutes : We won’t substitute colors, sizes or styles without your permission.

Cancelation : You only have 24 hours to cancel your order. After 24 hours, all orders will be processed and ready to go. Call us at (213) 741-2900, Monday through Friday, between 9am – 5pm for more info.

Return Policy

Wholesaler/Retailer:

• All claims related to shortages, quality, or specification must be made within 7 days from the receipt of goods. Spy-C cannot be responsible for shortages when shipments are directed to a third party. Samples cannot be returned.
• Washed or worn items cannot be returned.
• Refund will be made in the original form of payment for the cost of the items only. For credit card purchased items, refund amount will be credited back to the credit card. For C.O.D. purchased items, spy-c.net store credit will be issued. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Return Instructions:
  • Return authorization number (RA#) is required before returning any goods. Returns without RA# will not be accepted. Please contact us to receive your RA#.
  • Pack your returns securely. Include original packing receipt and legibly mark your RA# outside the package(s) to ensure proper processing and credit. Mail all returns to the following address:

  • All returns should be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. We recommend that the return package(s) be sent to us using a traceable carrier such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx. We will not be responsible for packages not received if sent using non-traceable carrier.
  • Allow 10 days, from the date of our receipt of package(s), for processing your return.

Public Consumers:

• Unwashed and unworn merchandise may be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days from the receipt of goods.
• You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Return Instructions:
  • Pack your return securely in the original package if possible.
  • Order confirmation number and the original packing receipt should be included in the return package to ensure proper processing and credit. Please mail all returns to:

  • Allow 10 days, from the date of our receipt of packages, for processing your return. Once processed, a credit is issued to the credit card used for the original purchase.
    
• Exchange Instructions:
  • Call us at (213) 741-2900, Monday through Friday, between 9am – 5pm, PST. This allows you to know right away if the item you want exchanged is in stock.
  • We will charge for your new merchandise, waive your shipping and send it right out to you.
  • While you wait for your exchange to arrive, follow return instructions to send the original item back to us. You will be credited when we receive the item.

GARMENT DYERS BEWARE, PRINTERS BEWARE : MODIFY THE GOODS AND YOU OWN THEM.

Once merchandise is printed, garment dyed, or altered in any way, the Buyer cannot return or make a claim relating to such merchandise. Spy-C is not responsible for fallout or loss during the garment dye process. Regularly test the merchandise for garment dyability.

Terms of Use

Spy-c reserves the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product description, pricing, and availability that may appear on spy-c.net. We also reserve the right to change or update information on spy-c.net at any time without prior notice, even after your order already has been placed.
