Wholesaler/Retailer:

• UPS ground is encouraged for all consumers in United States and Canada.
• Other freight other than UPS is also available such as UCL. But NO AIR shipment is available. Shipping charge will be collect on other freights. See below Freight Carriers for more info.
• UPS shipping charge varies depend on weight and where items are shipped.
• COD is available. We only accept COD paying by cashier’s check or money order.
• We ship out merchandise normally 1~2 days after order is placed only if the order is taken from stock. It usually takes 2~7 days for orders to arrive to your destination. (UPS 3rd Day, 2nd Day, and next day air are also available) All other future orders may take longer. Once your order is shipped we will e-mail you with UPS tracking number and/or other appropriate delivery information.
• Custom/Private orders usually take 3~4 weeks from the order is confirmed.

Public Consumers

Everyone else other than Wholesaler/Retailer will be considered as Public Consumers.

• All shipment for public consumer is via UPS.
• 3rd Day, 2nd Day, and next day air are also available, but we recommend UPS Ground. It is usually less expensive.
• We ship out merchandise normally 1~2 days after order is placed. It usually takes 2~7 days for orders to arrive to your destination. Once your order is shipped we will e-mail you with UPS tracking number and/or other appropriate delivery information.

International orders are shipped by air at $20.00.
International clients will be billed in US dollars.
