What are your minimums? |

There are no minimums for wholesalers or public
consumers unless it is a future order. We do not have
minimum dollar amount. Retailers have to qualify of a
dozen pieces. |

Can I assort pieces to make up a dozen? |

No. The items ordered will have to be of the same style,
size and colors in order to qualify for the dozen. Any
quantities less than a dozen will be billed out at consumer

can visit to our store for more information. |

If I place my order today, when will it ship? |
| |
|
We ship out merchandise normally 1~2 days after order
is placed. It usually takes 2~7 days for orders to arrive
to your destination only if the order is taken from stock.

When will my credit car be charged? |
| |

Your credit card will be charged once your order is shipped.
After you enter your card information and click “submit”,
you will receive a confirmation number. We will also send
you an e-mail confirmation of your order, followed by
another notification that your order has been shipped
and your credit card has been charged. |

How can I get a COD order? |
| |
|
COD is for Retailer/Wholesaler only. You must provide
us a valid re-seller’s permit in order to purchase
COD. We only accept COD paying by cashiers check or money
order, but first time buyers should pay in credit cards. |

I’ve changed my mind, I would like to cancel my
order. What shall I do? |

You only have 24 hours to cancel your order. After 24
hours, all orders will be processed and ready to go. |

What is your return policy? |
| |
|
Retailers/Wholesalers
All claim need to be made within 7 days from the receipt
of goods. A return authorization is required before returning
any goods. Failure to obtain a return authorization will
delay credit to your account. No returns on samples. Click

Public Consumers
Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned
within 14 days from the date of purchase with an original
receipt and confirmation number. Refunds will be issued
in the original form of payment for price paid or a merchandise

How do I get a term? |
| |
|
Terms are for Wholesalers only. We give out Net 15 or
Net 30 term. You have to fill out our credit application
in order to qualify to receive a term. Click here

How Do I qualify to buy from a retailers/wholesalers? |
| |
|
Most retailers/wholesalers require that you are a registered
business with a tax identification or resale number. Other
requirements may vary according to the retailers/wholesalers. |
